Managing Partner, graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Resort Restaurant Management.
Keegan enhanced his culinary and cultural education with worldwide travel. This experience served as the catalyst for his passion for wine. As managing partner, Keegan oversees the daily operations of the restaurant as well as selects the wines for the restaurants highly regarded wine list. He enjoys the challenge of developing the Harbor Grill's wine list, always conscious to pass on value, quality and diversity when selecting new wines.
Executive Chef, began his career with the Harbor Grill in 1986. While providing culinary leadership, Angel has honed his skills by attending the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley. Angel has traveled extensively in South America where his culinary discoveries have brought many new and innovative flavors to our menu. Angel's sauces, salsas and unique flavored broths reflect an international influence including Latin America, Asian, Southwestern, and Mediterranean.
